  • Africa

Most people that go to Africa will get bitten by the so called African bug! They fall in love with the bush, smell, nature, wildlife, beautiful night skies, and the possibility to unwind totally. They know on which continent their next holiday will be and might even fantasize about living there.

  • Botswana

Botswana is topographically flat, with up to 70 percent of its territory being the Kalahari Desert. It is bordered by South Africa to the south and southeast, Namibia to the west and north, and Zimbabwe to the northeast. Botswana has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. The economy is dominated by mining, cattle, and tourism.

  • The Tuli Block

The private game reserve is located in the Tuli Block in the southeast of Botswana. It’s only a 450 km drive from Johannesburg airport to the reserve, taking an easy 5 or 6 hours to complete by car. For those that prefer to fly, a newly completed airstrip in the reserve facilitates a quick flight. The Tuli Block is officially classified as a low-risk malaria area.

A day at the reserve

The first day you wake up in our Magical Game Reserve, chances are you will fall in love immediately.
Because you can experience the reserve and wildlife exactly how you want to!

  • Good morning

Take a 4×4 and drive to your favorite spot and enjoy a coffee at your own pace.
If you like you can bring some muffins that are home-made by our staff.

  • The Wildlife

The wildlife in our reserve is simply one of the most diverse you can find.
Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Cheethas, Leopards, Wild Dogs, Rhinos, Hoopoe, Marabous, and many more.

  • The Sundowner

The Sundowners are often described as the reason why people become co-owners of our reserve.
Bring some Bubbles and Bites and make sure you bring a torch.

  • Diner is served

After a day in the reserve you just want to relax. Luckily our staff has prepared a campfire at your lodge.
Sit down, enjoy a glass of wine and wait for an excellent diner to be served.

  • Gaze through a telescope

Make sure you are ready to be impressed. The conditions to see stars at the reserve are extraordinary.
We bet you have never seen our Galaxy like this before.

The Co-Owners

The co-owners of our game reserve exist out of a great variety of nationalities, South-African, Dutch, Spanish, English, Scottisch, Scandinavian, American and German. With entrepreneurial backgrounds or careers in finance, doctorial, lawyers etc. Yet there is one thing they have in common. An incredible big admiration for the African wildlife.

Malcolm

Malcolm

South-Africa

For me personally, Botswana represents the “old Africa” slow methodical but with a solid bureaucracy, extremely low population per square kilometer, vast areas of almost unspoiled wilderness with protected game areas.

Alfonso

Spain

The way I see the investment in this reserve is not as an investment as such. I see it as a way to protect a part of Africa, together with people with similar interests and to leave an heritage to my children; something much more valuable than any amount of money they could get from me.

The Netherlands

Birds chirping, impalas drinking and monkeys playing – it’s a unique combination of sounds that only a few have the privilege of waking up to. And if you’re really lucky you might even spot a hippo swimming in the Limpopo while you enjoy your morning shower.

Want to own a Part of Africa?

Some co-owners want to actively participate in the preservation of wildlife. Others may just want to admire the scenery and use the reserve as place to unwind totally. But we all agree that the resevere must be kept as close as possible to the original state like it was 200 years ago.

In order to grow our reserve further we are opening spots for future co-owners. We offer several possibilties for people that want to take part in our reserve. If you are interested in participating just send us a message. We are happy to tell you more about the possibilites.
